In review of our business practices and policies for bringing products to
market, we have noted a significant increase in the amount of job quote
requests and find the process to be inefficient and administratively
burdensome. Accordingly we find it necessary to cease all job quotes
immediately.
Recognizing there are outstanding job quotes, we will require all existing
projects be confirmed with a firm purchase order or written notice of intent
by October 14, 2011. This policy will be strictly enforced.
