RE:  Pricing Change 

Georgia-Pacific Gypsum LLC will initiate a price increase on all ToughRock® gypsum
wallboard products effective with shipments on and after June 27, 2008.  The price
increase amount and products affected are as follows:

• 10% increase on all Georgia-Pacific Gypsum ToughRock® wallboard products
